Terms and Conditions

Prices
Prices shown on the category and product pages are exclusive of VAT - the VAT amount and your order total are displayed in the Shopping Cart.  We reserve the right to amend prices without notice in accordance with changes in costs.  SKB Cases - these prices are not published on the website and customers are asked to contact Casemarket for availability and a price.

Product Specification
All product specifications including images should be seen as a guide only.  Where internal dimensions are given, these should be taken as the maximum usable space - please note that the usable space may be less at the points where wheels, handles etc. are fitted.

How to place your Order
Orders may be placed on-line, by phone or by post.  If ordering on-line, please place your order using the Shopping Cart, supplying your full billing and delivery details and confirming that you have read and accept the terms and conditions, then choose one of the following three options:

Pay by credit card or debit card online
Pay via Telephone
Pay via Cheque

and follow the remaining screen prompts.

A UK billing address must be provided.

Confirmation of Order
Once you have completed your order, an order acknowledgement will be generated automatically and sent to the email address entered by the customer.  It is the customer's responsibility to supply a valid email address that is accessible by the customer.

Payment by Credit Card
You can choose to enter your credit card details on-line via our secure server.  Alternatively, choose the 'Pay via Telephone' option, and we will call you to take your card details over the phone.  With either method, no payment will be taken until stock availability has been checked. The billing address given must be the address where the card is registered - if details do not match during our security checks we will be unable to process your order. Once credit card payment has cleared, your card details will be deleted from our system and you will be sent a copy VAT Invoice by email for your records.

Payment by Cheque
If you choose the 'Pay via Cheque' option, please make your cheque payable to Casemarket Ltd and send it to the address below, quoting the Order Reference No given in your email acknowledgement.  Please note that your order will not be despatched until your cheque has been received.

Once payment has been received, your order will be despatched and once payment has cleared you will be sent a copy VAT Invoice by email for your records.

Telephone Orders
If you do not wish to order on-line please call 0117 905 5034 and we will take your order over the telephone.

Purchase Orders and ProForma Invoices
If you are ordering from a business and your accounts department requires it, we can accept Purchase Orders or issue ProForma Invoices - please call us on 0117 905 5034.

Delivery
Goods can be delivered within mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands & Highlands and the Channel Islands. Deliveries are made by standard courier, Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) during normal office hours.  Timed deliveries can normally be arranged, at an extra cost - please call us for details.   It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that delivery can be accepted at the delivery address.  We are unable to instruct the courier to leave a parcel without obtaining a signature or to deliver to an alternative address if the customer is not in on the day of delivery. We are happy to schedule delivery on a particular day if you need to make arrangements to receive the goods. If further visits are required to deliver items, there may be an additional delivery charge.

Delivery Times
Where delivery time is stated as 1-2 working days, your order will be despatched on a next-day delivery on the day of order, or the following day if the courier has already left - if you need to check, please call us.  If your order cannot be delivered within the time stated on the website we will contact you before processing payment to discuss delivery times.  If you have any particular delivery requirements please enter them in the Special Delivery Instructions section when you place your order. Please note that deliveries are made by courier who will normally require a signature.

Every effort will be made to deliver within the period stated. No responsibility will be accepted by us for any loss or cost incurred by failure to deliver by the stated date.

Carriage Charges
Prices shown on the website include free delivery within mainland UK.  For the other areas listed above there may be a charge - please call us on 0117 905 5034 to check.  Where we issue a quote for quantity orders, a separate carriage charge may apply.  SKB Cases - these prices are not published on the website and customers are asked to contact Casemarket for availability and a price - a separate carriage charge for SKB Cases may apply.

Risk
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer when the goods have been delivered to you or you have collected the goods from our premises.

Cancellation of Order by the Customer
An order may be cancelled by the customer at any time up until the time of despatch - notificaton must be given by email to

If payment has already been taken, any refund on a cancelled order will be given in the same way as payment was made - either by cheque or by the same credit card that was used for the original payment. We reserve the right to recover from the customer any costs incurred in relation to the order up to the time of cancellation.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all goods on delivery.  Notification of faulty or damaged goods received must be made to us in writing (via email or letter) within seven days of receipt of the goods.  Once we receive your notification, we will advise you of the procedure for returning the goods - in some, but not all cases we may be able to collect.  Please do not return goods before contacting us - if goods are sent to the wrong address we reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred.

We will only be able to pursue a claim for damage caused in transit if the courier’s consignment note is marked accordingly.

Guarantees
Since we supply goods from different manufacturers, guarantees may vary between ranges - if your goods develop a fault after use please contact us.

Performance
Whilst we take great care to only sell products of the highest quality on the Casemarket website, we accept no responsibility for any consequential loss (however caused) through failure of any of these products.

Unwanted Goods
If goods are unsuitable for any reason other than due to fault or damage, the customer should inform us by email to sales@casemarket.co.uk within seven days of delivery. If goods are to be exchanged or refunded, they must be returned by the customer, in their original packaging, at the customer's expense, in an As-New condition, to the location specified by Casemarket Ltd and within the time specified by Casemarket Ltd. Any carriage costs from Casemarket to the customer must be paid for by the customer. Please do not return goods before contacting us - if goods are sent to the wrong address we reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred.

Refunds
Any agreed refund will be given once the returned goods have been received according to the above and will be given in the same way as payment was made - either by cheque or by the same credit card that was used for the original payment. Casemarket Ltd reserves the right to recover from the customer any costs incurred by this process.

Confidentiality
Any personal information gathered on this site will be kept for the purpose of processing your order only. No information will be passed to another party. Credit card details will only be kept until the transaction has been completed and will then be destroyed.  From time to time we may email customers with news of new products or promotions. We never send unpersonalised emails, any emails sent will be clearly marked as coming from Casemarket and you will be given the option to unsubscribe.

Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing goods through this site, whether on-line or by phone or Purchase Order, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them.

General
Any customer's terms at variance with, or in addition to, these conditions shall not apply unless agreed in writing by us.

Statutory Rights
These conditions in no way affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
