Cancellations, Returns, Damaged/Faulty Goods & Warranties

Casemarket Ltd is totally committed to its customers and has built an excellent reputation for providing first-class Customer Service. Rest assured that if you do have any reason to cancel your order or return your goods we will deal with your request promptly and efficiently.

Cancellation of Order by the Customer

An order may be cancelled by the customer from the time the order is placed up until 14 calendar days after the goods are received. Written confirmation of cancellation should be given by email to sales@casemarket.co.uk

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If the goods have not yet been despatched, a full refund will be made ASAP. If the goods have already been despatched but not yet delivered, a refund, less any additional charges (such as Express Delivery or re-stocking charges for offline orders) as agreed by the customer at the time of purchase will be made ASAP once the goods have arrived back.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser and given in the same way as payment was made - either by cheque, bank transfer or by the same credit/debit card that was used for the original payment.

Returns

If you wish to cancel your order after the goods have been received, you should inform us by email to sales@casemarket.co.uk within 14 calendar days of delivery. If goods are to be exchanged or refunded, they must be returned by the customer at the customer's expense, unused and in their original packaging, within 14 calendar days of cancellation.

Please make sure you contact us before returning goods so that we can issue a Returns Number and advise of the Returns Address. If goods are sent to the wrong address we reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred. Please obtain proof of despatch when returning goods.

Refunds on Returned Goods

A refund, less any additional charges (such as Express Delivery or re-stocking charges for offline orders) as agreed by the customer at the time of purchase will be given within 14 calendar days of the returned goods having been received back and checked according to the above conditions. 

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser and given in the same way as payment was made - either by cheque, bank transfer or by the same credit/debit card that was used for the original payment.

Damaged Goods

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all goods on delivery and to notify the driver of any issues. Notification of damaged goods received should be given by email to sales@casemarket.co.uk within 7 calendar days of receipt of the goods. Once we receive your notification, we will contact you to discuss the next step.  For example, we may need you to provide photos of the damage, you may wish to exchange or return the goods, or you may wish to keep the goods in exchange for a partial refund.  Please do not return any goods before contacting us - if goods are sent to the wrong address we reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred.

We will only be able to pursue a claim for damage caused in transit if the courier’s consignment note is marked accordingly.

Faulty Goods and Warranties

If your goods are faulty on delivery, please get in touch immediately.

The majority of the cases we sell carry a life-time warranty. Since we supply goods from different manufacturers, warranties may vary between ranges - if your goods develop a fault after use, or you need replacement parts, please contact us.
