The following policies are also part of our Terms and Conditions:

Product Specifications

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered.

All product specifications including images should be seen as a guide only. Where images show kit inside the case, note that the kit is not included. Some products are offered empty or with various interiors - note that sometimes we use generic images for these variations.

Where internal dimensions are given, these should be taken as the maximum usable space - please note that the usable space may be less at the points where wheels, handles etc. are fitted.

Credit Card Details

We use SagePay to process your credit and debit card payments. Your card details are not stored on our servers and are not accessible by us. We use a Deferred Payment system.  This means that when you place your online order successfully, your bank will initially just reserve the funds for us. We can then choose whether to take the funds or not. This allows us to check stock for you first, so that no money is actually taken should we find the items are out of stock and you wish to cancel. It also allows us to check for fraudulent transactions.

Acceptance of your Order

When you make a purchase on our online shop you will receive an email notification confirming details of your order.  This email is not confirmation that your order has been accepted by us.

We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:

  1. The item you have ordered is out of stock
  2. We cannot authorise your payment or have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent
  3. There has been a pricing or product description error

Your order will only be accepted by us once your goods have been despatched.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer when the goods have been delivered to the customer.

Whilst we take great care to only sell products of the highest quality, we accept no responsibility for any consequential loss (however caused) through failure of any of these products.

Liability and Indemnity

We shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity as a result of the use of or the inability to use any items that have been purchased from Casemarket Ltd.

You agree to indemnify us and our agents, officers, directors and employees, immediately and on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of any of our Terms and Conditions.

Any customer's terms at variance with, or in addition to, these conditions shall not apply unless agreed in writing by us.
